El Fenix - Dallas

Hey Wally, here's a great update on El Fenix's takeout service. I have never ordered takeout from El Fenix before, even though I have been dining at this restaurant for a while.

I have been going to this restaurant since I was a kid. The food is amazing when the wonderful manager is present. However, when she is not there, things tend to fall apart.

I love the chips at this restaurant so much that I always bring them back to New York Connecticut whenever I travel!

Fernando was the best waiter ever the food was great!!My father in law truly enjoyed his birthday dinner thanks to you guys excellent customer service

It was uncomfortably warm and the dining experience was not enjoyable for me and my child. The rest of the restaurant needed improvement, as there was a janitor present. I informed her that the facilities for the disabled needed attention (my baby was in there). She smiled and acknowledged it, quickly finishing her task and leaving. I needed to change my baby's diaper, making sure not to touch the unclean toilet seat with another woman's bodily fluids on it.
