Domino's Pizza - Dallas

Every time I order from here, it takes too long. This is always the worst Dominos location I have experienced from many cities. Once I waited over an hour after the pizza was out of the oven before she left the store. I wish I could order from my old shop to Zang. It's so much better and faster.

1. Try to order 1. fail! I called for a delivery, although it would be easy, just a few blocks away. Orderer, took address, telephone number and credit card, said it would be 20 min. 1 hour 20 minutes later I called back, was informed, the driver couldn't find me, called twice and returned with the pizza. No calls were missed on my phone. How does every GPS have except a DELIVERY driver? Shift guide offered to remake and send again, but lunch until then. She wouldn't give me any managerial information. It's a shame, I was hoping for a tight, comfortable pizza delivery and instead got a grumpy belly! I hope to God that they have my visa!!!!

Don't pay attention to the order. Just send everything they want and not what you asked. Only a good part was my delivery driver on time and had a great attitude.

The location of Dominos that was chosen for us was not our nearest location, but it was only 7 minutes away. When the tracker of Domino told me that my pizza was delivered, I went down to the lobby of the house and expected a 10-minute waiting time. It took 20 minutes until the pizza arrived, it would be nice if I could track the driver and see where he is, how they do for Uber Eats, or when I was notified how many orders he broke off before he came to me, like Amazon Prime when they deliver packages. When I got up and opened the box, the wrong pizza was inside. The outside of the box had the right address and order (sausage and onion), but the pizza inside was pepperoni and bacon. It was very disappointing. They offered to make the right pizza and deliver again, but I was not ready to wait another 40 minutes (20 minutes to get the pizza and another 20 for the delivery) for the pizza and hope it was the second time right. They gave us a refund, but overall it let me be disappointed. What bothered me most was the part of the Domino's tracker said that they double check my pizza or check for perfection. NOT THE FRAMES! So I'll be nervous in the future to get Domino's pizza. I'll either pick up another chain or pick it up in the store.

After eating half pizza on Jan 11th, I noticed a sticker dated 1/13 sitting on top of a slice. I thought at least nothing is expired . I would let it slide since I work in the food industry and understand mistakes happen. Today, when I ate my left overs, I had what I thought was a hardened onion wedged in my teeth. Upon closer inspection, I believe it to be a finger nail. Yeah. No wonder this location does not show on google maps.
