Very cold fries!! Ordered onion rings, received fries, I didn't want to turn around fries were cold to the touch. Apparently who put them in the bag has no sense of touch. I don't eat cold fries!!!!! Have a little pride in your job!!!!

Went to get an ice cream birthday cake, only to find the doors locked with a sign saying, well you know by now what the sign said. So, I ended up buying the smallest cake they had after hearing it described in the drive-thru! I would have sprung for amuch bigger and more expensive cake had I been able to SEE them, but decided to punish them with the minimum possible cakepurchase since they can 't devote 1 person to the lobby orders! Won 't go back until lobby is open!

Always good service and you just can't beat a DQ blizzard!

It was actually better, improved today over the last few vusits. Food was correct, hot, served decently quickly. Blizzards were made correctly this time too.

I usually order a large and share it with my son, who has gluten allergies. Unfortunately, this means I have to choose less appealing options for him. I also end up paying 50% more for something I enjoy on the side, so it doesn't mix with his meal. They refused to accommodate our request. In the end, I had to throw away three-quarters of the blizzard we received because of the flavor we ended up with. It seems like the management here doesn't prioritize accommodating those with gluten allergies, at least not for my family.
