If I could do 10 stars I would. MAN! This place has food you can see is really made there rather than shipped and frozen. The enchiladas are to die for though a little spicy but still the bomb. Even the beans and the green beans were amazing. The peach cobbler is amazing as well and I’m not an avid peach fan. My son got the chicken tenders and he was blown away as well. The Mexican street corn was oh so tasty. I’ll definitely be back.
It took awhile to be greeting although there was no line. Service was friendly once greeted. The place was clean with penalty of seats!
My first time ever eating at Cowboy chicken.Cashier was very friendly and shared different options they had for the lunch special.The food was delicious while it was hot.My food got cold pretty quickly due to the ceiling fans being on so high.
Multiple errors: I called in two to go/pickup orders $28+ from Cowboys Chicken Ft Worth Texas on yesterday 4/20/23. It was lightly raining outside when I went inside to pick up my orders w/o an umbrella and afterwards I rushed back out to my vehicle. I opened the bag and noticed that I did not get even one set of plasticware utensil, nor any condiments for my baked yam. I called back into this establishment and asked if they could run me the items to my vehicle and that I was sitting right out in front. I was placed on hold by the cashier/attendant name, Bryce, and up on his return, he stated that the manager told him that they could not come outside due to the weather. I stated that I just came in and out of their establishment in the light rain plus left a $5.20 tip, but because of the light rain, they were not willing to correct the errors. And that I will come right back inside for a refund of my tip. I video recorded my going back inside and speaking with the manager name, Mark of which he will refused to give me his last name, although they ask for your first and last name whenever you place an order with them. Mark also stated that it would be tomorrow when I could get a refund of my $5.20 and that I would 1st have to speak with the GM after 10:30am, just in order to do so. I also explained to him that I would be giving a negative review of his poor customer service skills all I had to be in the rain four times due to their errors. However, by the time I got home the charge went through my bank without the $5.20 /tip. Hmm...
