Coal Vines - Dallas

Coal Vines was OK, but overpriced. I ordered the brisket pizza. I was disappointed. There was very little brisket on the pizza. I could barely taste it

While I’ve eaten at the McKinney Ave location this is the first time here. Training is key. And seating people is the first order of business. Acknowledging your guests is the second. So, since neither of those were initially good experiences when we were reseated although we were clearly before three other guests there was no rhyme or reason to why we were seated last and banished to the back corner near the kitchen. Waiting for drinks was a long period and serving everything came out at different times. Salads an entree salad and a side salad came out together and then an individual pizza. The fact a beer glass was empty is a serving opportunity but instead it was unfulfilled. We languished in our dishes as we begged to leave and for a check. It was an experience beyond compare. A bad one and wish I hadn’t gone. Didn’t enjoy my food. Whatever that salad was was atrocious and should have been thrown out and the res was mediocre at best. The service might have saved it but it’s apparent they’re lost in the sauce

Love love Coal Vines. Wish u would come back to Plano. The spicy meatball pizza is our all time favorite pizza. We enjoy the wine selection also

Great experience! Loved the meal and wine and loved thAt we could walk to movie after dinner too!

We love going there! It’s so fun and we get to listen to Jett Platt Music when scheduled
