No GLOVES OR MASK , NONE OF THE STAFF!!!! DEALING WITH CASH AND FOOD. OMGWE Came in to spend over 60 bucks for dinner first time..there was no spicy available for 12 mins manager says..no apple pies at the location..we have coupon for 10 piece legs n thighs with side for 20$ we asked for all legs..but was charged 30$ for 12 piece mix. We pulled over to check order to notice multiple items missing so we went inside store. She argued with us saying since we requested all legs..there was that upcharge ..yea right! No free biscuit..side or anything for inconvience. The grease theyre cooking in is sooo old!! CORPORATE NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THESE LOCATIONS. EVEN SCYENE LOCATION SYSTEMS WERE DOWN TODAY AND THEY GUY TRIED OFFER US 3 OLD BOXES CHICKEN THEYRE FOR 20 BUCKS. SMH.

Good drive-thru service! Food was hot, but chicken did not taste as it was maritated or flavored as CHURCH'S is known.

It 's been a while since I had Church 's chicken so I dined in at the Gaston location. It was around 12:30 PM and the dining room was completely empty. In fact, I stood at the counter for a couple minutes with no one even noticing my presence. Finally I hollered out Hello in hope someone might come take my order. Please don 't think I am singling out Church 's Chicken; this happens to me a lot lately since Covid-19 became a thing. Anyway, the manager approached the register and took my order. Did you know Church 's has a spicy variety of seasoning on their chicken now? I ordered a two piece mixed plate with fried okra. The manager made the okra fresh for me and was very personable. I remembered why I love Church 's when I took that first bite. It 's not just their chicken, which seems to be larger than their nearest competitor, it 's those delicious buttery biscuits! They have some sweet glaze on the top crust and are flaky and warm. Down-home wholesome goodness! Upon giving me my order, the manager told me to hurry back and see her. You can be certain that I will, and I am telling all my friends to join me. Great job!

This store was very nasty!!! You have employees eating i the counter while taking orders. Then staff did not wash their hands prior to preparing order. When staff was asked to wash hands the reply was she using utensils I asked her to wash hands. Their was Al’s food that was eaten next to serving station and a piece of bread on top of ice tea machine.
