Chipotle Mexican Grill - Dallas

I ordered a bowl through DoorDash with half Barbacoa and half chicken. It looked like they used chopsticks to grab the meat, as there was only one small piece of Barbacoa! The bowl was mostly filled with rice, which was really disappointing!

Worst location. My order is always wrong or not ready and they are not friendly.

After arriving home with my order, I discovered that the young lady failed to include the al pastor chicken to my bowl. Needless to say I was too far from their location to return the order. I was highly upset with them AND myself for not double checking the order $16.01) before I left the store.

This used to be my favorite Chipotle. Always quality and never a question on service, or food. The last couple visits.. it has been terrible. After so many years, I thought they deserved a second chance or two.. but this is literally terrible. Not worth the money.

I had ordered off of DoorDash. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this location on a third party app. I ordered everything on my burrito bowl minus queso. Bowl was all rice, barely any protein, cheese, fajita veggies or guacamole. Would probably have better luck if you go in oppose to delivery.
