The quality of their products, freshness, and flavor are always top-notch, so my experience may not be representative of the entire company. Unfortunately, this particular location consistently messes up my order. I always order something simple and it is always correct on my receipt, but I can almost guarantee that there will be something missing or incorrect when I order online. This is especially frustrating for me as a busy full-time emergency room worker and caregiver to my 5-month-old baby. It's disappointing that they can't simply read a piece of paper and follow instructions. After a year of continuously receiving wrong orders, I am tired of complaining to the app. My advice to others is to double check your order before leaving, as there is a high chance it may not be what you expected.
Put an order online and they forget my 2 orders from chips and guac. as if their guac is not expensive. back there to inform them about their mistake and to replace my things and got nothing but a job of the workers. even online automation was much more helpful and understanding.
I think the worst chipotle the management is bad just joking with colleagues not to leave any help to the customers other people who have to do with a big line of customers, cashier no kind at all and online nierrr will order. unsanitary business very dirty
One of the healthiest almost food options they can meet. lines are frustrating, but I think it speaks with the quality of the product. I typically like the chicken burr with extra spicy sauce. I wish they had a drive-thru. many people take their food to go and they actually do a really good work to pack their lunch to take to the office.
Their new vegetarian option tastes great. The lemonade dispenser and those next to it were empty and did not look clean. The drink area needed attention/cleaning. The food was not as warm as it normally has been.
