Cedar Vine Community Kitchen Cocktails

The shrimp lacked flavor and the sticky ribs were tasty but we only received 3 instead of the usual portion. The waitress seemed unconcerned about the mistake. The wedge salad was limp and the steak was served cold. The service was average at best. I wish they still had the avocado toast, as it was the highlight of their menu. Overall rating for the food is 1 out of 5.

Food is mediocre at best. Charcuterie board had mushy cucumbers and grocery store sliced cheese. Expected better. Steak sandwich was fine but not amazing. The quality of meat was not high.Food: 3/5

It was alright! Nothing so special but overall great. It tastes like you expected which I think it’s a good thing. There’s so many restaurants just can’t even cook a food how it supposed to taste so… A good daily restaurant I would say. I dined here with group of friends and it was almost empty surprisingly for a Sunday dinner time but enjoyed! I would come back if needed :

Hard to review this one because we want locally owned restaurants to thrive, but... Three of us had steak, one chicken fried steak and all of us were disappointed. They need to buy better quality meat or cook it better to make it the top entree. Cf steak was soggy, and mashed potatoes were not hot. Too much pesto on the steak but easy to take some off. Might be better to put it on the side. Everyone loved the fries. Maybe other items on the menu are better? Hope this helps change this place for the better.

Cedar and Vine is literally my fav Dallas eatery!!! The VERY best bartender ever is RYAN! He has a drink special EVERY Friday and they are inventive and oh so tasty!!! Love love love
