Cafe Herrera - Dallas

Severely under staffed and slow. Got our order wrong. Manager gave me receipt without itemized copy. Didn’t mention auto gratuity was added. Last server was great and hustling but had no real suppprt

There were not many people there so we had great, attentive service. The margaritas were excellent and well done. The food was very good, everybody in our party was happy. The service was everything we could’ve asked for. It was very empty at that time so I’m sure that helped.

The place was closed!! Why was able to make a reservation when the place was closed???

Feeding a volleyball team before a game. 3 of us each reserved a table of 10. Service was adequate, slow, no drink refills, had to ask for menus. I ordered the kale salad which was fine. I added shrimp which was fine but the few small shrimp on my plate wasn’t worth the extra charge. Server accommodated separate tabs thankfully. My daughter ordered chicken enchiladas with sour cream sauce. The sour cream sauce was just a thick sheet of sour cream covering her food. Most of our party thought their food was way too greasy. Servers added 20% gratuity to our bills.

Our reservation was not honored. Please do not rely on this site to have a table.
