Bryan Street Tavern - Dallas

The pizza was DELICIOUS and fire cooked. The customer service was outstanding and you really feel like you're at home where everybody knows your name. The chips and salsa were also good, but do ask for extra chips because you will have plenty of cheese, salsa pico de gallo left over. The reason I'm not giving the food 5 stars is because the only pizza option is thin crust. I prefer a thick crust.

After possibly damaging my car to park in the crater filled parking lot I got horrible service from the bald guy at the bar. I usually go to Jared or Nicole but I didn’t see them. He has never given me a good vibe so I don’t even know his name to post it but from the looks of the other reviews this is normal. Avoid him and you’ll have a great time!Parking: Horrible

We live nearby on Bryan. A couple years ago we had a very bad experience with the service, but we went back hoping for the best because the food is great. Brought a friend for pizza on their half-price Monday pizza deal. Alissa was our server, and she took very good care of us. Beyond good. I love it when a server catches my eye regularly just to be sure that I’m happy! The pizza is so damn good here, it’s a must in this neighborhood. Great spot!

The food is good and the drinks are even better but I recently had a horrible experience with the service. The waitress got an order wrong because she didn’t understand the question. I go to the manager to rectify the situation, and he accuses me of being naïve and wanting free food. The food was never touched, and I’m not certain if he understands the definition of naïve. It felt very racially motivated and rude because why would that be the first assumption when your staff messed up and even admitted herself that she messed up.
