I just placed an order for fried jalapeños and 20 wings…the jalapeños come with dipping sauce of choice, but the wings doesnt?! It comes with NO dipping sauces, it has to be purchased and that option was not provided on the delivery website which by the way is the option when you look up Boomerjacks via “Google “. This is THE WORSE service ever! Who provides wings without even a complimentary dipping sauce?!?!?!

BoomerJacks off Samuel is the real deal from the food to the customer service. The taste, freshness and consistency of their food is always on point. You will be always greeted with a warm friendly smile and a pleasant tone. I’m watching my weight right now so I ordered the grilled chicken salad, it is amazing. Big shoutout to Joanna she have the best personality in the world!???

If I could give zero stars I would. My co-workers spoke good things about this place so I was anxious to try it….My experience was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered we had a call in order so I didn’t think I would have any issues my only responsibility was to go in pay and grab the order…that changed instantly I noticed they were extremely busy but that didn’t bother me because of course it’s the lunch hour for everyone the phone was ringing she took someone’s order over the phone her tone was rude but of course I ignored it thinking she’s just overwhelmed I patiently waited for my turn once it was my turn I let her know i was there for a pickup. As a normal customer once she gave me the food I checked my order one of the orders was not correct so I let her know thinking it would be a easy fix she instantly went into a aggressive tone telling me it’s not her fault and whoever ordered the food ordered wrong after I’ve already paid i let her know i understand it may have been a mistake and that I don’t mind waiting for the food to be corrected she told me I’m the person taking a loss in this situation and I can take the toppings off the burger and change the bun which I’ve never heard before normally if a order is wrong once it’s in someone’s possession the sanitary thing to do is trash the burger and make another one so i advised her mam I’ve already paid it’s a simple fix she insisted that i pay another $14.00 i was so confused because I was just been charged 50.00 plus dollars we went word for word until she decided to throw the burger away and say well you can wait 20 more minutes which I did but as i sat there I couldn’t believe what she had done to me over a simple mistake I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE AGAIN EVER SHE WAS VERY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND NASTY!!!!!!!!!! Be Aware

10 wings and a drink for $20? Sub par wings at best. I would leave a lower rating if I could. Customer service was not friendly by any means. Steer clear at all costs. Nice music taste though
