Benihana - Dallas

Our chef Andy was outstanding! His skills are impressive, and he engaged with us effectively, making the experience very interactive. I highly recommend Andy!

The service was extremely slow. We waited an entire hour before our drinks were served and our dinner orders were taken. We found ourselves repeatedly looking for a server to assist us.

We had a fantastic experience for our group of 15! The atmosphere was delightful, the service was excellent, and the entertainment added to the fun.

Our server and the chef, Alex, were both outstanding! The food was absolutely delicious. Despite hearing about Benihana for years, I had never visited until now. While it must have been a special place at one time, it really could use some updating. It has a noticeable chain atmosphere. Additionally, the common areas, particularly the restrooms, could use a bit more cleaning.

Went here for my dad and my son's birthday and had a great time. The waitress we had was very attentive, and our chef, Jace, was the best I've ever had there! He was such a cool and funny guy. My son was having a rough day and Jace made him feel like a big deal and definitely cheered him up. A good core memory for my son, and for all of us. The food was great! People may complain about the price, but you have to know what you're walking into when you go to Benihana and not leave a bad review because you didn't do your homework. Great place, great chef. We will be requesting Jace whenever we go!
