When I tried to place an order at the window, they refused to open it to speak with me. The manager stated that they could not take walk-up orders due to concerns about customers running away from the line of cars. Instead, the manager sat on their phone and did not address the issue. I found this frustrating, especially since I have never had a problem like this at McDonald's. It seems like the restaurant only chooses to follow certain rules.
I visited the restaurant at around 4:30 on May 19th, 2022. The server was mostly on her phone texting and was quite rude. I placed a small order for my family and when my food was handed to me, I asked if everything was in the bag. She replied with a quick "yes" and closed the window in a hasty manner. Her rudeness made my experience unpleasant and I felt unwelcome. It seemed as though I was not valued as a customer. The server should not be in a customer-facing role.
It seems like the chefs at this restaurant skimp on ingredients every time someone visits. The locos tacos should come in a sleeve, but they still don't. The portions have less than half of the ingredients they should. All the other dishes have proper portion control, except for the tacos which have the amount I would expect in 3 tacos, crammed into 1. They really need to improve if they want customers to keep spending money here. The crunchy wraps are thin and not properly cooked. The burritos have more tortilla than meat and cheese. It's best to just pass on this place and wait until they improve. They need to make some changes.
I went after work to this taco bell and the two hard tacos they gave me were flat as pancakes. when I opened it, there were two centimeters taco with barely meat, cheese and salad. I thought they had put tomato in tacos, but I was wrong. the chalupa was in order, but hardly had anything in it. I will never waste my money on this taco bell again. does not determine the money I spent on it.
It's 7:50 p.m. All of the restaurant doors are locked. I drive a semi truck so obviously I cannot use the drive-thru. I try to talk to the guy through the window and I was refused service. I've never had this happen normally fast food places accommodate semi truck drivers. Unbelievable.
