Starbucks - DALEVILLE

I’m giving this place 4 stars because I always stop here, and the guy who works the drive-thru window is incredibly nice and always gets my drinks right. I’ve never had an issue during the evening shift, but I stopped by this morning and my drink was incorrect. I tried to get the attention of the girls at the window, but one of them started taking another order, so I decided to call since I was in a hurry. I ordered a venti but received half a cup, and there was no cinnamon added to my drink, plus barely any oat milk. When I called to speak with the store manager, she was rude and told me I needed to specify what I wanted (I always order through the app). I don’t understand how much more specific I can be. This was the worst experience I’ve had at this store, and I’ve decided that I won't return during the morning shift again. From now on, I’ll be making my own drinks. The first shift manager I encountered on 10/14/23 was the rudest Starbucks employee I have ever met. However, the night shift is always a pleasant experience whenever I go in.

I had an excellent experience with the service! The staff even made adjustments to my drink order. I ordered takeout and the meal was very affordable, costing between $1 to $10 per person. I highly recommend the White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino blended beverage!
