Domino's Pizza - Dalby

Everytime I go to the Dalby store the staff greet me with great manners and customer service.I would like to extend my gratitude to Josh this guy deserves a pay rise . His people skills are on point with the way he speaks to customers and the way he speaks to the staff . Great job mate .Also to all the staff at the store it was great to see everyone there happy and working together .

Food was cold and unappealing, waited outside and nobody told me order was done

Pizza had bare minimum toppings and poor coverage also not cut properly

Every time I visit the Dalby store, I am always welcomed by the staff with exceptional manners and customer service. I would like to express my appreciation for Josh—he truly deserves a raise. His interpersonal skills are outstanding, both in how he interacts with customers and how he communicates with his colleagues. Excellent job, mate! I also want to commend all the staff at the store; it was wonderful to see everyone working together and enjoying their time.

It turns out that our Hawaiian pizza arrived spicy for some reason, and my daughter complained about it. After trying it myself, I realized it was indeed quite spicy. I called the restaurant, and not only were they exceptionally friendly and helpful, but they also apologized and offered to deliver a replacement pizza right away at no cost! Outstanding service; I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you, Domino's Dalby!
