Dalby Muffin Break

Obviously new owners to last visit. Service ok the male who served me needs some enthusiasm & confidence with English. Plenty of food on display & muffin was fresh & tasty. Handy in food court with free wifi

Took my Mum & family here for a quick coffee break and was very disappointed, service was poor & the muffins were not cooked enough & there was little choice, we tried to order raisin toast & coffee but they didn't have any toast of any kind so hence went with muffins. They did not have any serviettes or enough butter or a knife to spread the butter, never ever had such a terrible experience at a Muffin Break store. Seriously the staff & owner of this store need to take a good hard look at themselves and the service/food they are offering to the public.

Went at about 9 am in the morning & everything from the service to the food was simply terrible. Went with my family and we ordered savoury muffins & 5 coffees. There was no offer to heat them and no butter supplied so we asked for butter and got given 3 lots (I did go back and ask for more and the staff ripped them out of a plastic container that they were stuck in for goodness knows how long) & no knives. When we asked for a knife to spread it, reply was they didn't have any. They also did not have any serviettes nor did they have any sweetners for the coffee & only 2 spoons. The Muffins were not properly cooked and hence were wasted as unpalatable. The staff member who served us was a young blonde girl who looked like she hadn't combed her hair at all that morning & had barely dragged herself out of bed and certainly did not want to be at work at that time of day. Terrible terrrible experience and a disgrace to other Muffin Breaks in Australia, if I could give them a negative I would.

This is the best and only Indian restaurant I've tried in Paris. You don't need to search any further. The food is hot and the nan is superb.
