The Anchor Tring - Dacorum

Early afternoon visit , Friendly bar maid, excellent Cider , Inch’s 5/5 for cleanliness. If you love a old style pub this is the one. I’ll be back often.

The Anchor is a fantastic pub. Warm and welcoming with good facilities and hot food. Staff are friendly. Drinks are reasonably priced. Live music nights are really good here. Ignore any negative reviews as this place is fantastic. I always have a great time here.

Me and my friends were sat in the garden of the pub, and around 5 of us were 18 and a few 17 year olds and the manager came out and shouted ‘underage out’ even though there are many families and underage people in this pub. The situation was dealt with very badly and I doubt I will return here, the staff were very rude and said “bye” sarcastically as we left. Please choose another pub such as the akeman or the castle

Went to the pub with my nephew and thought it was very friendly, clean and had good beers. Very pleasant and cheerful French barmaid. Well worth a visit.

Went here for a drink then quickly left, was horrible dirty and felt like god waiting room. The locals where friendly enough but why o here when the KA is just around the corner
