The person who answers the phone really needs some training in customer service as they were rude and lacked basic communication skills. I am considering writing to head office about this issue. Additionally, the quality of the food has declined slightly. It's a shame to see the standards drop so much. I hope they hire someone who can effectively communicate over the phone as they may be losing business due to this issue.
This restaurant offers delicious food at reasonable prices in a competitive market. They are also able to accommodate parties, making it a convenient option for us, such as ordering food for our cricket club. While we opted to pick up our order, they also offer delivery services for those who plan ahead.
I received the incorrect order at this restaurant. I had requested a flaming torch and garlic sizzler, but instead received two flaming torch pizzas. When I called to address the mistake, the individual I spoke with claimed they had confirmed the order with me three times (which they had not) and abruptly ended the call. I found this behavior to be incredibly rude. I have no intention of ordering from this establishment again.
I asked of info on there meal deals as was told to call back later and then hung up on me.. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Been using Pizza Go Go for ages and they always deliver tasty pizzas within a reasonable time, the food has always been good but on a number of occasions when I've ordered extra dipping sauce they have forgotten it, I've always overlooked those errors because I love their food.
