Casa Cortes Family Mexican - Dacono

I'm from the Chicago area and ever since moving here, I had yet to find MEXICAN food in this area. I'm not a fan of Southwest style. But this place is legit though, so much flavor compared to everywhere else I've tried! I've been there 4 times now and every time was delicious!

Very good birria tacos, the best I've had so far. Definitely worth a visit just to try them. The refried beans have whole beans mixed in, a nice change from the usual pureed ones. Their salsa was great.

Craved Mexican food and this was a huge win! From our chips and salsa to our entrees, delicious! I ordered the medium combo with a shredded beef enchilada and a shredded chicken flauta and the meat was so flavorful! My husband enjoyed his Docono burrito as well and we'll be ordering the same things again! We'll be back for sure! The only thing I would change are bigger portions I didn't have a ton of meat in my flautas and wish there was more.

Fantastic, authentic Mexican food. Must give them a try. Our new go to!!
