The people running the restaurant were very friendly and inviting, and enjoyed goofing around with my five year old daughter. We ordered a few dishes, including beef noodle soup and spring rolls, and were pleased with all. The complimentary tea is a nice touch. Since it's not in a pedestrian-friendly location, I would recommend checking out Loving Hut by taxi or motorbike. It was raining when we left and the owner called us a taxi. Highly recommended.
The dishes here are cheap, yet not savage at all. The whole process of cleaning and cooking is carried out in front of the guests, so that we are able to know the high hygiene of this restaurant. My Quang, banh xeo and com chay seems to be the most popular dishes, as they do not give the vibe of vegetarian food. People can also choose among kinds of sauce, like fish sauce, soy sauce or chao. Good food, but dirty inside. I am not that picky, but this place was not very clean! Located on a busy road, so it was hard for me to ride my bike there. Enjoyed the noodle soup and tried one of the coconut cakes they have for sale. Would go again, but hope they clean a little (actually a lot :
We had a huge meal at the Loving Hut. Vegan Pho is only 15k dong and other mains 25k dong. Fried noodles, spring rolls and tofu parcels were all good. A few dishes and drinks weren't available but maybe sold out during the day. It is a basic looking cafe used by local people, not aimed at tourists. Staff don't speak much English but want to help and the menu has English subtitles and photos.
Lovely Place. The let a vegan get food after hours. Taste is amazing.
