Taco Bell - Cypress

I had an unpleasant experience last Friday and unfortunately, I got sick after dining at this restaurant. I strongly advise you to avoid this place. I started feeling unwell just two hours after my meal, and I was still experiencing symptoms on Sunday night. I'm quite disappointed and can't give it any stars.

I order a lot of food for my family. 2 of tacos we had haare in the food. I can understand. but 2nd nope! You must be more careful in the kitchen. will not be bought here again.

Friday 10:20 pm, great crew, excellent customer care! My order was incorrect and immediately the taco bell team apologized and the order was redone right away. Great and friendly team.

I work early mornings nearby and sometimes place a mobile order for breakfast, they’re very nice and have always gotten my order correct. On the few times that they were out of an item I had ordered, they offered a good alternative that never disappointed. All the staff are friendly, especially the woman who wears the hijab at the drive thru (I keep forgetting to get her name but I appreciate her!

I came in at 1am(my lunch break) and there were 8 cars in the line with each car taking an average of 5 minutes, thats 40 minutes that I was stuck in that line. On top of the wait they forgot my drink and even if I wanted to wait and get it they didn't give me a receipt. If there were more options for food at this time I would not be going back
