Spring Creek Barbeque - Cypress

Spring Creek is usually my first choice for BBQ, but my recent experience at the Cypress location left much to be desired. I ordered lunch for three, including three sandwich baskets, rolls, and drinks for a total of $53. Unfortunately, I was informed at the last minute that there were no drink carriers or covered straws available. After receiving my order, I struggled to carry everything myself and had to wait for assistance before being given an empty four-pack bottle carton to hold the drinks. Despite my best efforts, the drinks spilled in the car due to the makeshift carrier. Additionally, upon sitting down to eat with my family, we realized that the rolls were missing and there were not enough condiments for even one sandwich, let alone three. The beef was also dry. Overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating experience that could have easily been avoided with better preparation.

It can be challenging to consistently serve excellent BBQ, but this restaurant manages to do it. We ordered the family pack for eight with ribs, and we were blown away by the deliciousness of the ribs and perfectly cooked brisket. The sides were also very tasty and the family especially enjoyed the fresh rolls. Well done, SC!

Overall, everything was great at the restaurant. The only downside was that the chicken was a bit dry. I really enjoyed their buns, and the best part was that they were unlimited.

I have probably been to this restaurant more than a hundred times already. The quality and flavor are consistently excellent across all dishes. I have sampled everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. The staff is also very friendly. Just be careful not to overindulge in the sweet tea and rolls.

Today we had an excellent experience at the restaurant, thanks to the staff and Manager Ryan! We were a party of 15 celebrating two birthdays, and Ryan made sure to accommodate our entire group. He personally served us and ensured we had everything we needed to have the best experience possible. Our whole group left very satisfied and we will definitely be coming back again!
