Pokidoki - Cypress

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience because this place was truly disappointing. The customer service was as lackluster as the food. It was my first visit, and the person at the counter seemed to expect me to instinctively understand the menu without offering any guidance. A regular bowl cost $14.95, yet it was quite small, and the portion sizes were minimal. The selection was limited, just a few toppings besides the proteins: corn, jalapeños, purple onions, masago, seaweed salad, and green onions. When the staff member preparing my bowl added something from the counter, I asked him about it, and he denied having done so. There are plenty of other poke places nearby, so I recommend saving your time and money and heading elsewhere.

Alex, the employee at the counter, was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. My poke bowl was absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend this place if you're in the area and craving poke! Food: 5/5

The prices are reasonable, and even the small size was quite filling. I also appreciated the option to include chips in the meal. Food rating: 4/5.

Having never been to a Poki restaurant before, I had no idea how it works. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted very warmly by Chris The place is extremely clean with plenty of seating and windows.I asked Chris how this works, and he was very thorough in explaining it. The rice, the proteins, the veggies were all fresh, and the onion and garlic sauce was a perfect compliment to the octopus and ahi tuna.I am so incredibly satisfied with everything about this place. I will definitely return!!!

I stumbled across this place by luck. It's been ages since I've had musibi, but I've never had it freshly made for. It was so good that, I had to look the place up so I can leave a good review. Thank you.
