Pizza Fino Spring Cypress

I went back to request a refund and spoke with a man who had just returned from deliveries. He insisted that what I received was correct and how they serve their gyros, and he refused to give me a refund. Frustrated, I left him the incorrect meal and called to speak with the owner or manager. Instead, I ended up talking to a woman who continued to argue with me about the order and told me that the man I had spoken with was indeed the manager or owner. I have never experienced such poor customer service. We usually order pizza from them every week for our kids and have never had any complaints until now. After this incident, they have lost our business for good.

I ordered pasta and salad from Pizza Fino, and the food was outstanding. I would definitely recommend it 100%, and the service was excellent as well.
