Olive Garden Italian - Cypress

To make matters worse, one waitress offered a side item to six of us but then added a $3 charge for broccoli without mentioning that it wasn’t a standard side. While half of our table was being served, the other half was left waiting, and we had finished our meals before they even received theirs. We were told there was a kitchen issue causing the delay. It was clear that the waitress was determined to inflate our bill; when we pointed out that we had ordered lunch items, she insisted, "I brought dinner portions." Our total should have been under $200 if lunch items were $9.99 and drinks were $3. Additionally, we shouldn’t have been charged full price for drinks that couldn’t be refilled at all. Instead, our total came to an astonishing $330! We felt scammed by the waitress, and all they offered was a gift card as compensation. Beware, the service here is truly awful.

William is by far one of the best waiters at this particular location. Excellent customer service, and he is always smiling every time I see him.

Olive Garden is in financial stress, but its public is also in financial stress. I enjoy going to another Italian Restaurant with 3 locations, not really close but the price is so much better. This restaurant will serve you a entree which is more than you can eat in 1 setting and comes with a salad and a roll and charges $14, while Olive Garden charges $20. This is to much to swallow and I will continue to patronize a restaurant which charges me a realistic price.

The food is not good.. definitely something they froze and reheated! Very unprofessional and just not a good energy here ... Olive Garden has gone down hill I use to love it when I was growing up- saddens me that they are lowering their standards

As for wheelchair accessibility, there was ample space at our table for my mom and her wheelchair.
