Mcdonald's - Cypress

Time for a new management? I absolutely love this place I just love not knowing what I’m going to get when I order my food ! It’s so much fun when I order 2 muffins with no cheese and I get 2 muffins with cheese but no egg?? Maybe time for a new GM? One who might actually answer there phone to make this right?

Serving ice cubes for Hash brown and Creamer instead of coffee. Terrible experience don't waste your money cook at home. McDonald's you suck. Ps don't get me started about your Terrible app that's going to take your jobs. No Customer respect with these people. Do Not Give Them your money...

I live two minutes away from this place and literally drive miles to any other place to avoid it. they never got a single order right. we have treated it by double and triple checks before we start. the personal is always in terrible mood and rude. our last and FINAL visit at this place, the girl who worked the window literally went up, shot our bag of eating at us in the car and went away unbelievably.

Horrible!!!! Fired me for nothing. The manager was abusing me and racist making me mop the same spot over and over again and when I finally said but I just did she’s like no no!! DONT TALK BACK TO ME. Got her little servant to vouche for her and teamed up to get me fired. Severely underpaid too like hundreds of dollars and hours I was never paid or given credit for HORRIBLE. ALSO THE FOOD IS UNSANITARY AND UNCOOKED I CAN CONFIRM AS I’VE WORKED HERE AND FOLLOWED PROTOCOL NEVER COME TO THIS MCDONALDS!!!!!

Workers are rude and unprofessional. Literally laughing and talking for HALF AN HOUR in the drive thru as everyone waits behind me. food is disgusting and not even cooked I got a chicken biscuit that was frozen…. Never coming back here again. Also I saw someone assault an employee and everyone just ignored it. Horrible people service and food. IM WARNING YOU NEVER COME HERE WORST MCDONALDS EVER!!!!
