Ginza Sushi - Cypress

One of the better sushi spots in the area. Tried many that have been disappointing. This is good, traditional sushi. The rice could be warmer and a little bit better flavored but other than that well-made.The sashimi is well cut and good quality, the Ngiri is extremely good. Traditional sushi rolls are a little sloppy but still better than anything in the area. Definitely worth it if you're in the area but still a big gap between sushi here and in the loop.

A nice little sushi spot. Can't say the sushi was amazing. But it was very good. Given a choice, and the fact that I've had better sushi at the same price, it wouldn't be my first choice to travel to. But if I'm in the area I would not hesitate to go again. The staff was very nice, although they couldn't answer most questions we had. Green tea is just a small mug, not a pot. They do have some unique no rice, no seaweed rolls that we enjoyed. The Naruto was almost like eating salad with tuna in it. Very tasty! But only 6 pieces at a full roll price was disappointing considering it was mostly cucumber. The other rolls we had were sized well for the price and no nonsense in structure. Nothing crazy, but good flavor combintions.

I used to order from here so so so often. I’ve moved pretty far away since then but I think about it literally all the time. I LOVE the food here. Not only is it so yummy, it’s also so pretty! And the staff was always so friendly when I placed the order or when I called. I love this place and it has such a special place in my heart.I plan on visiting again soon. Fingers crossed they still sell the salmon pizza! It’s delicious!

Best sushi in the area. I only wish is that they were open 7 days a week! Food is fresh and beautifully presented.
