Fang's Bistro - Cypress

This place is like finding treasure. The sushi and sashimi is the freshest tasting I have ever had. The fried rice delicious. Three of us sampled each other's food and it was all excellent. The desserts are great. They also have a full menu of Chinese food for those who don't care for sushi. The service is excellent and friendly. We highly recommend Fang's and are hoping word gets around so that they don't disappear like so many other good but unknown places.

Best Chinese restaurant in Cypress that I have tried so far!

The food is always fresh and delicious! We each ordered the family meal which cost $12 each and comes with your choice of hot and sour soup, wonton soup or egg drop soup an egg roll and two cheese puffs, fried or white rice. I ordered fried dumplings and Mongolian Beef. Dad ordered Beef with Vegetables. Mom ordered Pepper Steak. We all shared and it was the best!
