It would have only taken a couple of minutes to write a simple statement so that I wouldn’t have to deal with these accusations again. If they had simply acknowledged that the original reader had issues but assured me that I would be refunded should I prove my payment, it could have saved a lot of trouble.
I was disappointed to find that half of the 30-piece chicken nuggets I received were only half the size of a regular piece. What happened to the quality control?
I ordered a sandwich through the drive-thru today. It looked great but didn't taste very good. The quality of the meat was not what I was expecting. If I had been dining in the restaurant, I would have returned the sandwich for a refund.
Chick-fil-a is chick-fil-a, but these people have no spirit and can come off as rude. Go to another location if you can
Let 's get into it.Honestly, to me, just your typical Chick fil a experience. Location is always packed per usual. I always order VIA their app. If you don 't have the app, get it ASAP.I will say the traffic pattern at this location is problematic. It spills out into the regular shopping center traffic. Also the fact that it 's at an entrance to the shopping center the line often causes back up on the service road as well.Besides the traffic issues, it 's just the normal Chick-fil-A experience. However, I noticed that when I come here, they never say my pleasure, which is weird.
