Burger King - Cypress

I had stopped visiting this place because of the slow bad service, but I decided to come by this morning when I noticed cars were moving at a good pace while I waited at the red light. I was served in a timely matter with good food and a nice smile. I'll come back for sure

The food is hot and fresh! The new mozzarella dipping sauce is so delicious! It’s worth the wait, I will be coming here again very soon!

This specific restaurant is a great and always has been on top of everything, I’ve personally never EVER had a problem here and i mean EVERR they are all so nice and respectful and i will always come back !!

I visited around 8:30 PM, and I truly admire these employees for their patience and composure, especially since there were a few rude customers ahead of me. I sympathized with them, knowing how challenging it can be when a team is short-staffed, as my own company is facing similar issues. If I could have given them hugs and prayed for them, I would have! They definitely deserve a raise for the kindness they showed, despite the rudeness they encountered. Their ability to stay cool and collected taught me a valuable lesson. Honestly, this has become my favorite Burger King! I regret not asking for their names because they were truly awesome. In a time when many businesses are understaffed, let's all remember to be kind to those who are still here to serve us!

I stopped by yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The food was fantastic—hot, fresh, and served quickly. I will definitely be returning! Everything we ordered was in the bag.
