Not only is my order wrong almost every time, I am waiting about 10 minutes in the store for my mobile order that should have been ready. They’re slow, they lose focus and they clearly don’t care. It’s time to find better staff or keep the good employees on during the peak hours. UPDATE: I have consistently waited over 10 minutes the expected ready time for my beverage. It’s ridiculous. Either staff properly or close. My time isn’t worth standing in the store waiting for my coffee when I ordered it on the app to be ready when I showed up. 3/6 update: have competent workers on the morning shift. I left my coffee because I waited 15 minutes past the expected ready time. This place truly sucks and I’m done coming to this location. Do better. 3/21: they still have that shot crew working on Wednesday mornings they think it’s their social hour. Left my coffee to rot again because I don’t have time to wait 20 minutes when I put in a mobile order. This place is atrocious. Not only are they slow and not doing their job but they talk back. Maybe one day these comments will be taken seriously because I know I’m not the only one that uses this one because of convenience. Also, my coffees have been remade the past 4 times I’ve been in because they simply don’t care. Once again, do better. 3/31: clearly no one reads these. The staff still sucks. Honestly this place should be shut down.
I don 't ask for rainbow sprinkles in my drink, all I try to get is a Quad Espresso , Light ice. Out of 10 times, 9 times my drink is loaded with ice to the point I can 't really enjoy its flavor. I get that the place is busy, but this happens so often, that the only reason I go here is the location, as it 's on my way to work, not the quality of service. And I 'm still the bad guy if I ask them to dump some of the ice...
