Red Lobster - Cuyahoga Falls

Food was hot and great! Had the date night special with lobster,shrimp and steak and mixed drinks . Calamari is best around and plenty to go around! Service was spectacular and knew the menu and had our food and appetizers out to the table in a timely manner. Will continue to enjoy fresh seafood at this location.

My grandfather enjoys going to this red lobster for his birthday and we haven't had many problems. It is always accommodating to our large party and the servers try their best to make sure 10+ people are happy and have everything we need. Restrooms are usually clean. This time we went only one stall was working so that wasn't great. Food was delicious and hot when it came out to us.

Seasoning is lacking. Crab was decent. Lobster dip is atrocious. Taste like canned brocolli soup. Waited an extra 20 minutes. Food was cold. Red wine order replaced with $6 bottle of barefoot. Cheesecake was excellent. Portions seem smaller than pics

Staff very friendly. We went for lunch and Nicole was our server. She was very pleasant and attentive to service. We had great meals. I always enjoy the popcorn shrimp and my husband had Lobster Bisque with Cesar salad. The lunch meal was same price or cheaper than fast food with excellent service too!

It's gone down hill like many chains. The service wasn't great, food items were forgotten and drinks took too long to re fill. We had to ask another staff member to find our waitress for the check. I also found the restaurant to be dirty, like their dish washer wasn't working or something.. The silverware and plates looked less clean than most restaurants. There was also something floating in one of the drink glasses. I went for my mom's birthday, but I don't eat seafood. My only options were pasta, chicken fingers, and steak. In the past they had much nicer dishes that weren't seafood.
