Piada Italian Street Food

Have been coming to Piada for a long time and never had any issues, except for tonight. The food is always excellent and quick but tonight an issue arose. We had been traveling home all day and needed something quick. After ordering and picking up, the bag they had given us broke on the way into the house, resulting in spilled pasta all over our front stoop. I called and explained the situation, and they had a new order ready in 10 minutes when I walked back in the door. They rectified the situation and saved what could’ve been a disaster. Gina was especially helpful and understanding. Their handling of the issue, on top of the great food and service, definitely reinforces why we choose Piada regularly.

I found this place on a trip to Cuyahoga Valley National Park and decided to stop for lunch. After eating, I immediately looked up the chain to see if there is a location near my house (sadly the closest is 3 hours... . The food is amazing! My husband and I each got a pasta bowl and we loved the build your own style. The food was so yummy and we both agree we think the spaghetti was easier to eat than the penne but both were tasty. We split a piada stick and were disappointed we hadn 't gotten more. When we got back to our hotel in Cleveland for the evening I looked up food nearby and saw there was another piada nearby...and I really considered going there twice in one day. It was so good! My only complaint is there isn 't a location near my home. :
