Papa John's Pizza - Cuyahoga Falls

Service sucks! Places an order they charged my card never showed up! Bad business

I've been ordering for a while and always pay for extra sauce. Even after I started paying for extra sauce I'm still eating cheesy bread with toppings, is it that hard to add enough sauce to be able to taste or even see it?

This is my favorite pizza place so it really is sad that I have to say this, the management here is not good at all. Anyone who has ever worked in the service industry knows that management is always responsible if anyone calls off, is it their own job to find a cover. There is a sign posted where customers can see and it says something along the lines of “anyone calling off for their own shift needs to secure their own replacement with manager approval” this seems like such irresponsibility and laziness on the managers behalf. Please do better and treat your team with dignity and respect before the only good pizza place left turns into another disaster.

I called the store to order... I get transfered to a call center. Then I get told online ordering is unavailable... I am sick of all of these pizza shops using call centers. PAPA JOHNS YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER.

The manager tonight messed my food up and replaced it no issues the driver was respectful no complaints and they delivered it no extra fees I highly recommend papa johns on state road in the falls for a pizza place thanks guys keep up the good work
