Olive Garden Cuyahoga Falls

Got served moldy bread. Offered me a free dessert, but no, didn’t want a free dessert that sits in the same freezer as said moldy bread, barely wanted to eat the food I had left.

We had a fabulous dinner tonight. We celebrate my birthday with 9 other guests. We had Chase and another awesome waiter. He differently made my day. Thank you. Even though the restaurant was packed he gave us great service. I will be back

5 Star service from start to finish. My family and I decided to go out to Olive Garden to celebrate buying our first home. We were welcomed by friendly hostess’s and sat right away. Our server, Shawnee was very kind and efficient. She went above and beyond for us. Our courses were timed perfectly and the food was fresh and hot. The general manager, Michelle stopped by our table to tell us congratulations on our new home and even got us a dessert to celebrate. Thank you for making us feel so special!

I gave the atmosphere a 3 because it was cold in the restaurant. I noticed I was not the only one eating with my jacket on. Food was delicious! No skimping on the shrimp or chicken! Gave service a 4 because we did not get our appetizer until after we were served our meal. And it took a while to get a beverage and no refill on the water. I had to give my husband some of my water.

A good place for pasta and soups, but I'd lean away from other dishes like the steak or the salmon. Not bad, but definitely not their specialty. The pasta, though, is quite good. The staff was very pleasant! However the service was a bit slow, including a short wait despite many empty tables. I'm guessing they're understaffed like many other places at this time.
