Arby's - Cuyahoga Falls

They do a good job there thank you guys for doing what you do! Very friendly atmosphere

I had a terrible experience at the drive-thru. The guy taking orders was extremely loud and seemed to yell everything. To make matters worse, the person who handed me the food was even more unfriendly!

The atmosphere at the restaurant was not very welcoming, especially near the ordering area—I almost felt like I was in the way. Instead of the Diablo chicken sandwich I ordered, I received a frying sandwich, although at least it was in the correct box. When I returned to address the mix-up, I still felt like an inconvenience and didn't even receive an apology.

Excellent service! The staff was extremely friendly! The food was delicious! I wanted to try the white cheddar mac and cheese, and while some parts were served cold, we brought it to their attention, and they promptly addressed it by replacing it with a fresh dish!

This Arby's is fantastic! The food is always prepared fresh upon ordering, which I really appreciate. The staff is also excellent—always friendly and eager to assist. I rated them 5 stars, but I would gladly give them 10 if I could!
