Wendy's - Cutler Bay

The customer service was good, speed was just okay. It loses 2 stars because the chicken nuggets itself is too salty. I took a bite and tasted pure salt, the staff didnt salt the nuggets its just how it was made before it got there. I gave the rest of the nuggets to my dog. The baked potato they have however is awesome, thats the only thing I can buy from there. Edit- They seem to be doing pretty good now, although the lines are still slow. The manager is good now, the other woman who got an attitude with me is gone.

One of the best customer service at a fast food restaurant!

This is definitely one of the better Wendys out there from my experience. The food seems to be much fresher than other locations and beyond that, the staff is very friendly. I recommend the Wendys about others.

Check Plz before leaving the drive thru. I ordered a biggie bag with big size of Nuggets and in the window I asked for spoons for my friosties and I also asked for Barbecie sauce you said the spoons were in the bag... they lied and my nugget never comes in a big size.

The cashier was great, but the manager needs some customer service experience. I had two single combo, the 1 was not a ketchup when food was ready sandwich was not marked. Manager got mood because I wanted to know what you had no ketchup
