Inti Raymi - Cusco

During my stay at the palace for a few days, I found it very convenient to have this restaurant located in the hotel. It stays open late and the staff are friendly and communicative. The walls are adorned with beautiful 16th century art, creating a casual atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the lomo salado dish.

I tried the soup of the day and the vegan red sauce pasta at this restaurant and both dishes were delicious. They also offer a variety of breads and dipping oils. By the end of the meal, I was completely satisfied. Although it is quite expensive, I believe it is worth trying at least once for the experience.

I tried the delicious stone blossom with soy mince at this restaurant and it was heavenly. They offer a variety of vegan options on their menu and the atmosphere is stunning. It is a sophisticated place, but definitely worth a visit for those looking to enjoy a chic dining experience.

This is likely the best hotel in the city, and the restaurant is super-fancy with amazing service to secure it. they had a whole page on the menu, that was just vegan. then the following page had many vegan options. If you really want to spend a night in the city, eat fine and they are a vegan, they have to come here. they also spoke English very well.

Very nice restaurant with excellent food. They have a pretty large vegan menu with starters, mains and desserts. The food was good but compared to the price average. You can get better vegan food in Cusco for a better price.
