Currambine Chinese Restaurant

Just popped in on Saturday night before we went to the movies. Our meal came out very quickly and was very hot. Not much choice on the menu for vegetarians, but they were happy to cook what I asked for. We didn't book in advance, but I think if you were to eat a bit later in the evening, you might have to.BYO available.

Ordered chicken curry, Mongolian chicken and beef chow mein. Chicken curry had a nice taste but very watery. Mongolian chicken was tasteless and once again watery. Beef chow mein was below average and very dissapointing. I won't be returning had far better elsewhere.

One of Currambine's original restaurants we have been going for years. ok so décor hasn't changed for years either but always spotlessly clean. Took our kids there and now grandchildren. Foods always tasty and plentiful lots of choices. Recommend the Honey Chilli chicken....

Beautiful food. I recommend the duck and the braised vege dishes. The honey king prawns were delicious. The restaurant is retro but squeaky clean.
