Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Cumming

That was my first time here I enjoyed my smoothie (acai Berry Boost)full of taste also had a flat bread sandwich (chicken pesto) that was just the perfect amount of ingredients on it

I'm working very close and I've been here recently during my lunch break. Until now? ve had warm fresh food and amazing smoothies with great service from staff even though she occupied

I love this place honestly, but today was ridiculous. Staff your restaurant! Don't leave two girls alone and think that's okay! I understand there can be callouts, but these poor girls were all themselves. A manager. 41 minutes to my order today, smoothies are like juice, food is cold bc the smoothies came 12 minutes after eating, smaller cups than normal, no baked lays, no straw w my order, Quesadilla was wrong. I tried to be super patient, but today was beyond. That was ridiculous. 100% are not coming here a weekend afternoon. I won't be here. Oh, good.

Updated from 4/29/22... Unfortunately, today was a great contempt. At 1:18 a.m., I took about 10 minutes to get there and smoothies were ready, but 4 articles (2 breakfast towels, flatbread and salad) were not ready until 1:56. Saw there and watched how from order they finished every person meal. People who came in or went on, got their food prepared before my online order. The 6 smoothies when they were returned to the office were not watered with any smoothie. Please do better if overwhelmed. In no case should my smoothies have been eating for almost 40 minutes and no possibility would have taken it for 4 foods. I had to pay the bill for any person who ordered for contempt. I went to the counter to see how long it would be and the manager said they were pretty busy. I get you busy, but ordered 4 people when I arrived and they got food and drink there and went. I ordered mine at 1:18pm, why did it take 40 minutes to complete?

I just ordered a chicken pesto Flatbread. It was amazing! I don't do drlve-thrus often, but that was so worth it. Thank You Tropical Smoothie!
