Texas Roadhouse - Cumming

Almost always a great experience. Great food. Good for a table of friends to have a good time. Comfort food and great atmosphere.

Meh... Is all I can say. Average food, service is very slow and it always takes about ten minutes to get a beer.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that my vertical Alabama license was rejected because it was vertical! I am over the age of 21. This is absolutely unacceptable for a company to reject service to an adult like myself.

Good service despite being packed, both times I've been here. Food is cheaper and MUCH higher quality than other franchise steakhouses and I will die on that hill.

Took 2 hours from the time we sat until the time we left. Had to ask for silverware, rolls and napkins. Steaks were grossly undercooked; ordered medium and they arrived rare…literally cold in the middle. Manager stopped by, she sent them back and never heard from her again. They brought our steaks back microwaved (leathery on the outside) still undercooked in the middle but, at least slightly warm in the middle. My wife ate half of hers before she couldn’t do it any longer. Never heard back from the manager; no apology, no comp, no discount.
