Jersey Mike's - Cumming

I was not very impressed with my experience. The slices of meat and cheese were so thin that they were almost transparent, and there wasn't much of them either. They don't toast any of their items. However, the tomatoes and lettuce were fresh and had a good flavor.

I always have a fantastic experience here. I usually place my order online for pickup, and it's always quick and hassle-free. My orders have always been accurate, with no issues whatsoever. The staff is consistently friendly.

I hardly know where to begin. Just before my sub was ready, a woman came in to pick up her online order, but the store was unable to find it. They informed her that they would prepare it right then and there, using her phone receipt for reference. The employee then took the woman's phone and placed it on the food preparation surface. With gloved hands, he repeatedly touched her phone and then proceeded to handle my food. It's well-known that phones are filthy and should never touch surfaces where food is prepared. Using the same gloves to touch her phone and then my sandwich? Absolutely unacceptable. To make matters worse, another employee was constantly wiping his nose and beard with his gloved hands. As you can imagine, I ended up throwing my sub away. That was $10 down the drain.

If 0 stars was an option that?s what they deserve. Pretty sloppy service. The food quality should be the same as any other. Waited an hour to pickup my mobile order they never worked on. No apology, no how can we make this right. Just nonchalant. I don?t believe I?m entitled to good service but if I?m paying for a product I?d like to at least get the product. Never coming to this location again that?s for sure!

This is the best Jersey Mike?s around. Staff always has a great attitude, and they take pride in their work.
