Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Again, I decided to try the Patty Melt which has a tasty meat patty, with cheese and sautéed onions on well toasted bread. It was very good! Their French fries are thin and crunchy also tasty. I added a Dr. Pepper to drink. I'll be back!

Excellent burger! The meat was chopped steak like and delicious. Better flavor than most burgers. Clean store and staff very helpful staff.

Best custard ever! Hands down. Plus, it doesn't melt in 2 seconds like some of their competitors. PBC B is my favorite. Their steak burgers are killer too but on this occasion I just wanted dessert.

Not really sure why the employees were in such a bad mood tonight. Husband asked for a key lime pie milkshake instead of concrete. The employee said, we dont do a key lime pie milkshake. Also ordered a chocolate milkshake with extra extra extra M&Ms. We have asked for these exact milkshakes for 3 years, and never had an issue. The key lime pie can be made into a milkshake, just add more milk. The employees used to understand my M&M to milkshake ratio. Tonight, not so much. Barely got any M&M 's, despite paying for extra M&Ms. My husband went inside and the lady proceeded to argue with my husband. He gave up and we just left. Disappointed in the service lately.

I had never eaten here before. I wanted to try it. To be safe I attempted to order a kids meal cheeseburger with lettuce, onion and tomato. The server in the drive thru told me that I could not get that because it was a single so I said ok May I have those on the side, he said no you can?t have them on the side. It does state on the menu the condiments are free and the ones that have a few. This definitely gave me a bad experience and I happily left and went to steak and shake where they honored my exact request, and the customer service was amazing. I will never come here again.
