Dunkin' - Cumming

Great coffee, great employees. I once forgot my wallet at home and the very nice girl who was working gave me a free coffee, I wish I knew her name. Very clean store and is always welcoming. In stark contrast to the other Dunkin on the other side of 400, my review of that store is not as cheery, I would think my review of the Castleberry location would be associated with that location but no all dunking reviews go together it seems. The Peachtree parkway location is just simply terrible, and slovenly kept. I've been there twice and the manager was very rude, she even said so herself that she is not a people person. Well why get a job that has you dealing with the public then? As long as she works there I will not spend my money there. I go a little farther down the road cause it's clean and im waited on by employees who like people and do there job.

I went recently and it seemed that all the items from a few months ago were 'cleaned up ', now of course this is an ongoing thing. I know they are struggling to find help and at sometimes during the day they just get to busy helping customers to clean as thorough as they could I just hope they can keep up the improvements. And as always the people working are great.

I?m very disappointed that you never have any pumpkin muffins later in the day. Noon until 3pm I would like to some times get one or 6 muffins. They?re the best and sometimes I freeze them. You need to bake more!!!!! Sincerely Julie Distefano [hidden email]

For the life of me , I don?t understand why it is so difficult for the girls to be friendly. It doesn?t take much to say Hi and Thank You!!! It happens every. time. I would rather spend triple the price at Starbucks to get my son a cake pop than deal with the the lack of common courtesy. Take some tips from the FRIENDLY staff at the one in McGinnis!

So many problems. 1. I went there twice and KIDS were not my order in the store. I tried everything, but they refused. One of them on tiktok. 2. One more time I went and ordered a frozen chocolate, tasted like bitter coffee. Reminder, frozen chocolate has no coffee in it. Absolutely disgusting, not recommended.
