Dunkin' - Cumming

I am not sure whether the management had changed recently. This is the very first time I was asked to pay for pup cup. Pup cups are either suppose to be complimentary or for donations from customers as far as I know. This is bit shocking that this Dunkin branch asked me to pay for the pup cup after a 30$ purchase . Never going here anymore.

The only thing I wish they would do is get the french crullers and the toasted coconut doughnuts. ?

This Dunkin location needs to figure out how to make the hashbrowns. Every time I have ordered them, which has been about four times, they’ve been burnt, but still somehow under done. I guess it is my fault for going there after the second time they came out that way. I actually prefer my hashbrowns slightly burnt, because it makes them a little bit more crispy, except at this location they’re still just mushy and gross even when they’re burnt.

Very inconsistent service. I order the same coffee about 3-4 times a week and they never taste the same.

Most disgusting location . I got half bite donut in carry out and my gift card had money but was thrown as if no money and I saw charge when I came back home .
