Whole Glow Cafe - Cumberland

Currently offering takeaway only (Dec. 2020). I took away 2 meals 4 treats. This was my first visit, and I wanted to try as much as possible. Service was quick and pleasant. The special bowl of the day contained quinoa, green peas, cherry tomatoes, tofu, sweet potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, parsley and pea sprouts (I’m not a fan of pea sprouts). The panini included smoked provolone (vegan, of course) it was delicious! Treats included a wholesome breakfast cookie, pear pumpkin slice, raspberry crumble and scrumptious muffin. I’m looking forward to my next visit. Certainly worth a side trip from Courtenay or Comox!

Always delicious. Personally, I routinely get the daily panini and I am always happy with its gourmet flavor. Beautifully infused water adjuster available. The carrot cake should die. Carly the owner is beautiful. In the fun town of Cumberland. Look at this jewel of a restaurant!

Nice staff, good food. I had the kind of sandwich and power cookie. 10/10 It is worth eating here to Cumberland!

I wish this place was in Nanaimo. I'd spend all my money there. Best treats ever.

Always stay here on the way north. Great sandwiches that change every day, we also take a Mexican spiced coffee to keep us running! Yum!
