Mine Rail - Cumberland Gap

We chose Cumberland Gap for our kid free wknd retreat SOLELY because of Pineapple Tea Room/Mine Rail and as usual, we were blown away. Rick has a way of taking a classic, adding his unique dynamite twist and making it better than anything you’ve ever tasted. From the main dish all the way down to the side of grits..WOW! My husband is a carnivore among men and just had the best steak of his life. If Heaven has a cut of meat, it came from Mine Rail.

Had the Culottes and a burger tonight. Both were great!!!

We enjoyed an awesome dinner from The Mine and Rail Restaurant in Cumberland Gap! The steak was hot and cooked to order and I could eat those Brussels sprouts everyday! Thank you for the wonderful customer service! We will definitely be ordering again!!

Tonight we had the pleasure to grab a kit from Rick and enjoy some cooking at home. Folks what are you waiting for? It was absolutely delicious and so much fun! You simply call and let Rick know what you want. Order as many or few sides as you want. Then you pick up the kit, take it home, tune in to Facebook live and cook alongside him. He is very good at explaining every single step so even if you’ve never cooked you can do it! This was a fabulous experience and so much fun. I would easily do this again! He even throws in a special surprise sometimes so it keeps it interesting. ????????
