Under The Willow Bakery - Cumberland

I stumbled upon this restaurant while in the area and was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of options available. I tried the apfelstrudel, a snickerdoodle cookie (one of the best vegan cookies I've had), and a few cupcakes. The staff was extremely friendly and I was happy to have found this place nearby. I will definitely be returning when I am in the area again!

This charming bakery, run by local women, had a welcoming atmosphere. I tried their only option, the vegan and gluten-free oatmeal raisin cookie, and it was delightful.

I ordered the apple cinnamon scone and found it to be inedible. After taking just two bites, I noticed it had no flavor and tasted stale, possibly as if it had been frozen previously. I would not recommend returning to this restaurant. It's surprising that this item is even being served. I'll give it 2 stars instead of 1 because there are vegan options available and perhaps other menu items are better.

This bakery is fantastic. I highly recommend trying their ham and Swiss croissants. They also offer vegan and gluten-free options for those with dietary restrictions.

The quality of the food at this restaurant is exceptional. We ordered the chewy ginger cookies and they were incredible. The outer layer had a nice crunch while the inside was incredibly moist and chewy. I would give these cookies a 10 out of 10 rating and would love to order an entire box of them.
