Papa Johns Pizza - Cumberland

Papa! john is a pizza shop... it is not where they think to go into a place and order. no, what a shame! now it if u make.a.call.or order online they have delivered or call them for a pickup. somehow her pizza sauce is good and my favorites it is the paccini and butter sauce or the cheesy sauce with the pizza. love papa

I ordered with papa john app, a practice specialist, paid in business. my family likes papajohns pizza and we earn rewards for more pizza.

I tried to order. after listening to the stupid sales office waited 15 minutes for someone who could answer. drive went to 5 people who worked with phones ringing from the hook, nobody fled to the ringing phones. order with a less than happy person. all worked seemed to be quite sharpened, even there. delivery driver not at all kind. when I sat outside and waited for my order, they all seemed very unpleasant. pizza is ok, but there are better possibilities in the city.

We ordered a pizza and cheese bread on 11/12/22 and the guy says it would be 15/20 minutes. I waited and after 15 minutes I went back in and another guy looked for the pizza but said it will be ready soon I watched people who came in after me get their orders (they ordered in store also) and the guy who took my order gave 2 other people a discount and free pizza for their wait. I don 't want something for nothing but when I got to the car the cheese bread was cold and tasted old, the pizza itself was good, just not hot. So my pizza must have been ready for a while and the 1st guy either overlooked it or didn 't even look in right spot, he looked where they had deliveries waiting. Anyways, I get they were busy but that doesn 't explain cold food when I sat inside for another 15 minutes waiting for our food.

Extremely disappointed with my delivery order and service: Delivery time stated at time of ordering 37-47 minutes. Placed an online order at 9:13pm Out of oven per their delivery tracker at 9:35 Finally left the store 10:02 Arrived at the Sleep Inn 10:43 That’s a long 37-47 minutes Order was bearly luck warm they are lucky they would not answer their phone when I called I will be calling to speak to a manager tomorrow this is not customer service I’m sorry if I am paying $45.49 for bread sticks and a pizza I expect service not being put on the back burner since I’m in a local motel and I want my food hot not Luke warm after riding around in a car for 41 minutes. Delivery driver when I voiced my complaint to him “oh that happens sometimes man” not even an apology.
